We want to be as transparent and trustworthy as possible for you.
That's why we commissioned an independent NEMO report — click the link to open it in a new window.
You'll find it lists only two identified risks:
- Lien – yes, there are two liens on the property. Unlike what the report suggests, I don't see this as an obstacle to making a secure payment or arranging a mortgage. Banks routinely offer escrow accounts nowadays, which guarantee payment directly to the creditors once the liens are lifted. We'll arrange everything so you have full peace of mind. The costs of the escrow will be covered by us. The price of the house is final, with no hidden fees or extra costs.
- Radon – yes, higher radon levels were addressed in the project by installing appropriate foundation slab insulation. We can provide documentation and the final inspection approval.
